I found the location excellent, very close to the train station. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is a manageable walk to the shopping district. restaurants are nearby. I was able to store my luggage upon arrival.
The kettle in the room did not work properly.

Practical and Convenient Stay!

The location is handy for Part Dieu Station. I stayed for a brief overnight stop to change trains. Check-in was smooth, and the bed's comfort and the bathroom facilities were satisfactory.
The staff could have been more cute upon my late arrival. The rooms are pretty basic.

The location near the railway station proved convenient.
The lack of attention to detail was annoying. The kitchenette lacked basic utensils. I found only one fork and one cup (no glasses were available). the floor cleanliness left much to be desired. (I definitely expect more from a supposed 4-star place!)

Fantastic Stay Near the Station!

The room had a decent size kitchenette. It was very clean and well maintained. The pool was larger than I expected. The temperature was really good. The reception staff checked me in very quickly (very appreciated!).
The pillows were slightly uncomfortable and weirdly square. This is such a minor thing though!
